Creator / Influencer Application Form
  • Contact details: name, WhatsApp number, email address.
  • Your platforms: which platforms you use, your profile or channel link for each, and your follower range for each.
  • Your content: niche, content language, and anything you write in the “about” box.
  • Work preferences: collaboration type (paid, barter or both), your starting Reel rate and rate card if you choose to share them, the cities you can work in, and your home city.

Brand / Client Inquiry Form
Name, WhatsApp number, email address, brand name, the service you are interested in, your budget range, and the message you write to us.

Messages and Tracking
If you contact us on WhatsApp or email, we keep that conversation. This website does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers.
Section B — How We Use & Share It
We use your data only for the purposes below.

Why We Use Your Data
  • To review a creator application and decide whether there is a fit.
  • To match creators with brand campaigns and prepare proposals and quotations.
  • To contact you on WhatsApp or email about your application, inquiry or a campaign.
  • To run a campaign once an MOU or written confirmation is in place, under our Terms & Conditions.
We do not sell your personal data.

Who Can See It
  • Our team, who need it to handle your application or inquiry.
  • Service providers that store or carry the data for us: Google (form submissions are stored in Google Sheets through Google Apps Script), and WhatsApp and email providers for messages.
  • Brand clients, only when we propose you for a campaign. We share profile details such as your platforms, links, follower range, niche and cities. We do not give your contact details to a brand without telling you first.
  • Authorities, only when the law requires it.

Your Rates
Your rates and rate card are never published on this website or anywhere else. They are used by our team to prepare quotations and match you with suitable campaigns.

How Long We Keep It
We keep your data while we are in touch and while a campaign or agreement is active. If an application or inquiry does not lead to any work, we delete it within 12 months of our last contact, unless you ask us to keep it. Records connected to a signed agreement, payments or tax are kept for as long as the law requires.

Security
We limit access to the data to our team and protect it with the account security of the services we use. No online system is completely secure. If a breach affects your data, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
Section C — Your Rights & Contact
You stay in control of the data you give us.

What You Can Ask For
  • A summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
  • Correction or updating of data that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Deletion of your data.
  • Withdrawal of your consent at any time. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent, and it does not affect what we did before you withdrew.
  • Naming another person who can exercise these rights for you if you die or cannot act yourself.

How To Ask, And How To Complain
Email contact@alliedaura.com from the address you used on the form, with your name and WhatsApp number so we can find your record. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

People Under 18
Our forms are for people aged 18 or above. Please do not submit a form if you are under 18. If we learn that we hold data from someone under 18, we will delete it.

Changes To This Policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and its “Last Updated” date. For a material change, we will also tell you on WhatsApp or email.
